At Texas Shield, we believe that insurance should be a community experience. That’s why we created the OurShield program, which allows us to help our customers pay their deductible when they are not able to. We know accidents can happen at the worst of times and we want to be there to lend a hand.
How’s it work?
When an accident occurs, simply fill out an application with your contact information and a brief description of your situation. Our team will take great care in reviewing your application and reach out to learn more about your unique situation. If your application is accepted, the OurShield team will send a check directly to your insurance company for up to $250 to help pay your deductible. We understand that things move fast when you have an insurance claim, so you will be notified of a decision on your application within 14 days.
The OurShield program is not a loan that you have to pay back, it is truly just the Texas Shield family helping you in a time of need. We want our customers to feel a part of a community at Texas Shield and the OurShield program is one of the many ways that we are able to achieve that.
